As part of getting stakeholders excited for the new launch of Marvellous Creations, the sales team has set up a monthly Sales Operations Meeting with the central region distribution IMAXX. As part of the marketing team, I was asked to prepare the premiums which was already available to me to collect and ready for use. I arrived early morning to prepare the venue alongside the sales team. Once everything is in place, my manager conducted the presentation about Marvellous Creations and how it is the next big innovation in the chocolate market. The distributors that attended were impressed and participated in the quiz session actively. I found that the quiz session was simple yet captivating with a recap of the key facts of the new product.

Before ending my internship, I had several task to wrap up before I officially end my internship at Mondelez. One of the key task that I had to make sure of is coordinating several Marvellous Creations premiums (T-shirt, Powerbank, Waistpouch) to be
delivered to several distributors across the country. These premiums are part of the distributor launches that will be conducted throughout the end of March till early of April. It main goal is to get them excited about the upcoming major launch of a new product. With the premiums located at the warehouse for storage, I had to requisite them through a different method. This required me to ask around for instructions and seek guidance from my manager as to which standard operating procedure should I use. After going around coordinating everything, the premiums could only be sent to the office for repacking to be carrier to several locations. This took up to the last day of my internship (Friday) where I had to ensure that everything is in place for delivery for the following Monday. I managed to place everything accordingly for delivery with notifying the several key people on the where about for them to follow up.
